Freiburghouse of {MIT} which combines user-defined actions
into an {abstract machine}. It can be used to build
table-driven predictive {parsers} and {code generators} in the
{MULTICS} {Fortran} compiler and several {PL/I} compilers,
including {VAX}-11 PL/I.
