If that is the only bad one, remove the bolt, epoxy in a dutchman, with 6 or 8 to 1 scarfs, then drill and rebolt Is that a joint just along from the damage? If so cut back to the old joint and scarf on a new end What does the other end of the bolt look like?

Looking carefully, I noticed that in the vertical i" sided keelson, in many places the single 6 oz fiberglass epoxied bottom sheathing had cracked midway on the "flat", right where the inside rounded fillet meeting the hull , and the rounded outer edge of the keelson transition Somes the crack was an inch long, some places several feet

My keelson is around 20ft long, 2 5" by 8", plans say to laminated 1 2" thickness My problem is getting 8" wide lumber (all the DF I get from local supplier is a hair over 7 5") and on top of that, no easy way for me to rip it
